As Human Resources Director at Sciolex Corporation, she led the HR department through rapid growth, scaling policies and procedures to accommodate an expansion from 43 to 1,500 employees. Her ability to seamlessly oversee hiring and onboarding processes ensured a positive employee experience. Furthermore, Lisa was pivotal in aligning staffing, recruiting, and retention with organizational goals through effective collaboration with executive leadership.

As Director of Operations at SCYTHE, Lisa is pivotal in overseeing critical functions, including Human Resources, Contracts, Finance, and IT. Lisa is a proven leader in creating and implementing strategies that optimize resource allocation, enhance efficiency, and ensure compliance – all with a mission-first mentality.
