Matt Devost is a technologist, entrepreneur, and hacker with over 25 years of experience specializing in cybersecurity, risk management, counterterrorism, critical infrastructure protection, and intelligence issues. Matt is the CEO of the global advisory firm OODA and is an active board member, investor, and mentor in multiple early-stage technology and cybersecurity companies.

Matt co-founded the cybersecurity consultancy FusionX LLC which Accenture acquired in August 2015 and later led Accenture’s Global Cyber Defense practice. Matt also founded the Terrorism Research Center in 1996, serving as President and CEO for over a decade, and has held founding or leadership roles at iDefense, iSIGHT Partners, Total Intel, SDI, Tulco Holdings, and Technical Defense. He is also a Black Hat review board member and an Adjunct Professor at Columbia University.
