He is a Senior Fellow at the National Security Institute, USMA EECS Advisory Board member, and Adjunct Senior Technical Advisor for the Institute of Security and Technology. As a U.S. Army Officer, he served as a Battle Captain and Brigade Engineering Officer in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom before leaving the Army as a Captain. He is recognized as a 'Top 50 in Cyber' by Business Insider, 'Security Executive Finalist of the Year' by SC Media, was awarded 'Tech Titan' twice and is the 2023 SANS Difference Maker Award Winner for Innovator of the Year.
Bryson received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with honors from the United States Military Academy at West Point. He holds a Master's Degree in Telecommunications Management from the University of Maryland, a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Florida, and completed graduate studies in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the University of Texas.

Vice President Sales & ProductMarc Brown is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in leading product, sales, and marketing efforts across both startups and large public companies. Currently serving as VP of Sales, Marketing, and Product at SCYTHE, Marc brings a wealth of knowledge from his diverse roles, including his leadership at Aterous Group and advisory roles at P3rceive and Zayda Technologies.
Marc's career spans several leadership positions in organizations such as Parasoft, Grammatech, MyCarrier, Digital14, Intel, Gartner, IBM, and Corning. His technical expertise is complemented by his strategic marketing and product management acumen, where he has driven significant growth, innovation, and collaboration.In addition to his corporate roles,
Marc has been instrumental in defining and developing IoT applications, embedded devices, software, and hardware across various industries, including automotive, aerospace, consumer, finance, industrial, and cybersecurity. Chris Horvat
Vice President - EngineeringChris Horvat is an industry-recognized technology leader for SaaS companies looking to scale their organizations from startup to enterprise. Most recently, he worked with MyCarrier to successfully transition the organization from a seed-funded to a Series B-funded organization and to scale its technology systems to support rapid customer growth. He has worked with successful startups in multiple industries and in the enterprise banking sector, helping them to scale and improve their technology stacks to meet the next set of opportunities in the market. When not keeping up to date on the latest SaaS technologies, he can be found working at home making ammunition for precision marksmanship competitions, playing piano and drums with his wife, building/flying R/C aircraft, and spending time with his 'little' as a Big Brother for BBBSAZ.org.
Jim Webster

The last 10 years were spent as the CISO at ManTech, a large defense contractor, building an information assurance program from the ground up. Gained consensus with business leaders to implement controls/services to manage risk and protect critical information assets.
Jim worked closely with the Nation Defense Information Sharing and Analysis Center (ND-ISAC) to share threat information and work to improve the security posture of the entire Defense Industrial Base (DIB). Jim also served as the company representative on the DoD DIB Cyber Security Task Force to help improve DoD and industry cooperation.

Ron started his cybersecurity career as a network penetration tester for the NSA. At BBN, he developed network honeypots to lure hackers and he ran US Internetworking's team of penetration testers and incident responders. As CTO of Network Security Wizards, Ron pioneered the art of network security monitoring and produced the Dragon Intrusion Detection System which was recognized as a market leader by Gartner in 2001. As CEO and co-founder of Tenable Network Security, Ron led the company's rapid growth and product vision from 2002 through 2016. He helped them scale to more than 20,000 customers worldwide, raise $300m in venture capital and achieve revenues in excess of $100m annually which enabled an IPO in 2018. Ron is President at Gula Tech Adventures which focuses on investing and advisement of next generation cyber-security start-ups companies. Ron was honored and humbled to receive the 2017 Betamore BETA award, be named a 2016 Baltimore Tech 10 leader and a 2013 Maryland entrepreneur of the year award by Ernest and Young. Ron is also a Global Fellow at the Wilson Center and helps educate congressional staff on cyber issues.

Christopher (Chris) Steed is the Chief Investment Officer and Managing Director at Paladin Capital Group. Chris joined Paladin in 2008, and he currently leads the development and implementation of the Firm’s multi-stage, dual-use investment strategy focused on best-of-breed companies with products, services, and technologies that meet the challenging cyber security and digital infrastructure resilience needs for organizations around the world. Working with stakeholders across commercial and government sectors, Chris also manages Paladin’s global deal sourcing, deal execution, and portfolio company management operations, and he has provided primary oversight for numerous Paladin portfolio companies, including Bugcrowd, Digital Shadows, Elliptic, Endgame, Nexidia, Nisos, Panaseer, PhishMe, QuantaLife, Rangeforce, and Ursa Space Systems.

Tansel Ismail is a Vice President at Energy Impact Partners (EIP), a $3bn multi-stage venture capital firm investing in digital transformation and the energy transition. At EIP, Tansel focuses on early-stage investments in cybersecurity & enterprise software companies and has partnered with companies such as Dragos, Corelight, Attivo, and Swimlane (among others). Prior to EIP, Tansel was an investment banker at Citigroup where he advised enterprise software companies on M&A and capital raises. He graduated from the University of Florida with a B.S. and M.S. in Finance.
